I never realized how much stress took air out of my lungs.

I feel like I can finally breathe today,

not clear, not without weazing, not full deap breaths, but yet air is finally getting in

It is hard to relearn how to smile, especially when that was all I based my life around for so long,

smiling no matter what I felt inside...
